ॐ नमो ब्रह्मणे जगत्प्रसूताय, नमो विष्णवे जगत्पालकाय । नमो देवेशाय शान्ताय, दिव्यगुणविभूषिताय ॥
Transliteration
Om namo brahmaṇe jagat-prasūtyāya, namo viṣṇave jagat-pālakāya | namo deveśāya śāntāya, divya-guṇa-vibhūṣitāya ||
Meaning / Translation
Om, salutations to Brahma, the progenitor of the universe; salutations to Vishnu, the protector of the universe; salutations to the Lord of Devas, the peaceful one, who is adorned with divine attributes.

ब्रह्मावावर्तपुराणस्य महिमा अनुपमम् । श्रोतव्यं सर्वलोकेषु कल्याणाय सदात्मनः ॥
Transliteration
Brahmāvarta-purāṇasya mahimā anupamam | śrotavyaṃ sarva-lokeṣu kalyānāya sadātmanaḥ ||
Meaning / Translation
