तमिल भूमि की महिमा न्यारी, देवों की पावन नगरी प्यारी। संस्कृति की धारा यहाँ बहती, भक्ति की खुशबू यहाँ रहती।

Tamil bhoomi ki mahima nyaari, devon ki paavan nagari pyaari. Sanskriti ki dhaara yahan behti, bhakti ki khushbu yahan rehti.

पोंगल का पर्व है आया, सूर्य देव ने सबको हर्षाया। नए चावल और गुड़ का संगम, प्रकृति का अनुपम रंग।
Transliteration
Pongal ka parv hai aaya, Surya Dev ne sabko harshaya. Naye chawal aur gud ka sangam, prakriti ka anupam rang.

थाईपुसम का पावन क्षण, मुरुगन देव का दिव्य दर्शन। वेल् हाथ में लेकर भक्त चले, भक्ति के सागर में सब ढले।

Thaipusam ka paavan kshan, Murugan Dev ka divya darshan. Vel haath mein lekar bhakt chale, bhakti ke saagar mein sab dhale.

Karthigai Deepam ka prakash, mitata mann ka saara andhkaar. Deepon ki maala jagmagati, Shiv ki shakti jag mein chaati.
