हे प्राण देव, हे वायु देव, जीवन के आधार। श्वास की इस गति में, छुपा है जग का सार॥
Transliteration
He Prana Deva, He Vayu Deva, jeevan ke aadhaar. Shwaas ki is gati mein, chhupa hai jag ka saar.
Meaning / Translation
O Lord of Life, O Lord of Wind, the very foundation of existence. Within this rhythm of breath, the essence of the entire universe is hidden.

अंतः श्वास में शक्ति समाए, बाहर श्वास में त्याग। इसी चक्र से चलता जीवन, जैसे सागर की तरंग॥
Transliteration
Antah shwaas mein shakti samaaye, baahar shwaas mein tyaag. Isi chakra se chalta jeevan, jaise saagar ki tarang.

In the inhalation, power is absorbed; in the exhalation, there is the act of letting go. Life moves through this continuous cycle, much like the waves of the ocean.

Shwaas aur mann ka naata gehra, praan hi hai praan. Dhyaan laga kar paa lo tum, swayam ka hi gyaan.
