Transliteration
Is zindagi ke siva kuch bhi nahin, Is duniya ke siva kuch bhi nahin. Tu hi mera sahara, tu hi mera kinara, Tere bina ab jeena bhi kya jeena.

There is nothing besides this life, There is nothing besides this world. You are my only support, You are my only shore, Without You, what is the point of living?

माया के बंधन में फँसे हैं सभी, सत्य को भूलकर भटकते हैं सभी। चरणों में तेरे जो मिल जाए ठिकाना, मिल जाए हमें भी जीवन का ज़माना।
Transliteration
Maya ke bandhan mein phanse hain sabhi, Satya ko bhoolkar bhatakte hain sabhi. Charano mein tere jo mil jaaye thikana, Mil jaaye humein bhi jeevan ka zamana.

Everyone is trapped in the bonds of illusion (Maya), Everyone wanders, forgetting the Truth. If I find my refuge at Your holy feet, I too shall find the true essence of life.

दुःख और सुख का ये मेला है यहाँ, मिट्टी का पुतला है ये सारा जहाँ। नाम तेरा जपें, मन को लगायें, मोक्ष का मार्ग हम तुझसे ही पायें।
Transliteration
Dukh aur sukh ka yeh mela hai yahan, Mitti ka putla hai yeh saara jahan. Naam tera japen, mann ko lagayen, Moksh ka marg hum tujhse hi paayen.
Meaning / Translation
This place is a fair of joy and sorrow, This entire world is but a puppet made of clay. Let us chant Your name and focus our minds upon You, May we find the path to liberation through You alone.
