What is the difference between Pythagorean and Chaldean numerology?▾
Both assign numbers to the letters of your name, but with different tables. The Pythagorean system maps A–I to 1–9 in order and is the most common today. The Chaldean system is older, is based on the sound of the letters, and never assigns the number 9 to a letter. Comparing the two can add nuance to your name reading.
