श्री रामचन्द्र कृपालु भजु मन हरण भवभय दारुणम्। नवकज पलाश रुचिर चितर नारद नैमिषारण्य धामम्॥
Transliteration
Shri Ramachandra kripalu bhaju man haran bhava bhaya darunam. Navakaja palasha ruchira chitra narada naimisharanya dhamam.
Meaning / Translation
O my mind! Worship the compassionate Lord Ramachandra, who removes the terrible fear of the cycle of worldly existence. His form is as beautiful as the red palash flower and the lotus, and He resides in the sacred Naimisharanya forest.

कंकन किंकिनक नूपुर दैत कुंडलित सोहहिं माल। बिराजमान मृदु सस्मित कुण्डल नील नीरद सुन्दरभाल॥
Transliteration
Kankana kinkinaka nupura daita kundalita sohaihin maala. Birajamana mridu smita kundala neela neerada sundara bhaala.
Meaning / Translation
He is adorned with bracelets, tinkling waistbands, and anklets; His earrings shine beautifully. He is seated there with a gentle, smiling countenance, His forehead as beautiful as a dark, rain-bearing cloud.
Stanza 2: Compassion and Lineage

जाहि दीन दयाल करुणा सिंधु скуन्ता सुत वत्सल। करुणा अयन सुर मुनि जन प्रिय श्री रघुवंश कुलावतंस॥
Transliteration
Jahi deena dayala karuna sindhu sukunta suta vatsala. Karuna ayana sura muni jana priya shri raghuvansha kulavatansa.
Meaning / Translation
He is kind to the downtrodden, an ocean of compassion, and deeply affectionate toward His children. He is the refuge of mercy, beloved of gods and sages, and the crowning jewel of the Raghu dynasty.
Stanza 3: The Destroyer of Evil

भजु दीनबंधु दिनेश दानव दैत्य वंश निकंदन। रघुनंद आनंदकंद कोशल चंद दशरथ नंदन॥
Transliteration
Bhaju deena bandhu dinesha danava daitya vansha nikandana. Raghunanda anandakanda koshala chanda dasharatha nandana.
Meaning / Translation
Worship the friend of the poor, the sun of the world, and the destroyer of the demon lineages. He is the joy of the Raghus, the source of bliss, the moon of Kosala, and the beloved son of King Dasharatha.
