हे शारदे माँ, ज्ञानदायिनी, बुद्धिप्रदायिनी। नीति का मार्ग दिखाओ, सत्य का प्रकाश लाओ। विवेक की शक्ति दे दो, अज्ञान का नाश करो, शासन के पथ पर हमें, धर्म का ज्ञान दो।
Transliteration
He Sharade Maa, Gyaandaayini, Buddhipradaayini. Neeti ka maarg dikhao, Satya ka prakaash laao. Vivek ki shakti de do, agyaan ka naash karo, Shaasan ke path par humein, Dharma ka gyaan do.
Meaning / Translation
O Mother Saraswati, giver of knowledge and provider of intelligence. Show us the path of policy and bring the light of truth. Grant us the power of discernment, destroy ignorance, and bestow upon us the knowledge of Dharma on the path of governance.

Transliteration
Chanakya Acharya, Kootneeti ke praneta. Arthashastra ke gyata, Akhand Bharat ke nirmata. Tejaswi buddhi waale, raajneeti ke shiromani, Rashtra raksha hetu, tum hi ho param mani.

Acharya Chanakya, the progenitor of diplomacy. The master of Arthashastra, the architect of United India. Possessor of brilliant intellect, the crown jewel of politics; for the protection of the nation, you are the ultimate gem.

स्वामी, अमात्य, जनपद, दुर्ग, कोष, दंड, मित्र। सप्त अंगों से निर्मित, सुदृढ़ राज्य का मंत्र। राजधर्म ही आधार है, न्याय ही प्राण है, प्रजा का हित ही, शासक का सम्मान है।
Transliteration
Swami, Amatya, Janapada, Durga, Kosha, Danda, Mitra. Sapta angon se nirmit, sudridh rajya ka mantra. Raajdharma hi aadhaar hai, nyaaya hi praan hai, Praja ka hit hi, shaasak ka sammaan hai.
Meaning / Translation
The King, the Ministers, the Territory, the Fort, the Treasury, the Force, and the Allies. This is the mantra for a strong state built upon these seven limbs. Rajadharma (the duty of kings) is the foundation, justice is the lifeblood, and the welfare of the subjects is the honor of the ruler.

धर्म और अर्थ का संगम हो, न्याय का शासन प्रबल हो। सुशासन से राष्ट्र का, वैभव अचल हो। समृद्धि, शांति और सुरक्षा, हर जन को प्राप्त हो, भारत का यश जग में, सदा ही व्याप्त हो।
Transliteration
Dharma aur Artha ka sangam ho, nyaaya ka shaasan prabal ho. Sushasan se rashtra ka, vaibhav achal ho. Samriddhi, shaanti aur suraksha, har jan ko praapt ho, Bharat ka yash jag mein, sada hi vyaapt ho.

May there be a union of righteousness and prosperity; may the rule of justice be powerful. Through good governance, may the nation's glory be unshakable. May prosperity, peace, and security be attained by every individual, and may the fame of India spread throughout the world forever.
