Transliteration

Om Neelavarné Mahādevyai Tārāyai Namaḥ. Dhyanyātmā Mahādevīm Sarvashaktimayīm Jaganmayīm.

Meaning / Translation

Salutations to the Great Goddess Tara, who is of blue complexion. I meditate upon the Great Goddess, who is the embodiment of all powers and the essence of the universe.
