हे कृष्ण, हे पालनहार, हमें दे आहार। शुद्ध और सात्विक, जीवन का आधार।

Transliteration

He Krishna, He Paalanhaar, humein de aahaar. Shuddh aur saattvik, jeevan ka aadhaar.

Meaning / Translation

O Krishna, O Sustainer of the Universe, grant us nourishment. Let it be pure and sattvic, the very foundation of our life.

The Essence of Sattva

ताज़ा फल और मधुर अन्न, सात्विक भोजन से बढ़े मन। शांति और ज्ञान का है यह सार, प्रभु की कृपा का सच्चा उपहार।

Transliteration

Taaza phal aur madhur ann, saattvik bhojan se badhe mann. Shanti aur gyaan ka hai yeh saar, Prabhu ki kripa ka saccha uphaar.

Meaning / Translation

Fresh fruits and sweet grains, sattvic food elevates the consciousness. It is the essence of peace and wisdom, a true gift of the Lord's grace.

Renouncing Tamas and Rajas

तामस और राजस को हम त्यागें, स्वाद और क्रोध से मन को बचाएं। बासी और तीखा न हमें खिलाना, भक्ति के मार्ग में बाधा न लाना।

Transliteration

Taamas aur raajas ko hum tyaagen, swaad aur krodh se mann ko bachaayen. Baasi aur teekha na humein khilaana, bhakti ke maarg mein baadha na laana.

Meaning / Translation

Let us renounce the tamasic (dullness) and rajasic (passion), protecting the mind from sensory obsession and anger. Do not let us consume stale or overly pungent foods, so as not to obstruct the path of devotion.

Concluding Prayer

नारायण की शरण में रहें, सात्विक आहार से स्वस्थ रहें। तन हो शुद्ध, मन हो पावन, प्रभु चरणों में अर्पित हो जीवन।

Transliteration

Narayana ki sharan mein rahein, saattvik aahaar se swasth rahein. Tan ho shuddh, mann ho paavan, Prabhu charnon mein arpit ho jeevan.

Meaning / Translation

May we reside in the refuge of Narayana, and remain healthy through sattvic nourishment. May the body be pure, the mind be holy, and may our entire life be offered at the feet of the Lord.
