प्रत्यालीढपदां सदैव दधतीं छिन्नं शिरः कर्त्रिकां दिग्वस्त्रां स्वकबन्धशोणितसुधाधारां पिबन्तीं मुदा। नागाबद्धशिरोमणिं त्रिनयनां हृद्युत्पलालंकृतां रत्यासक्तमनोभवोपरिगतां ध्यायेज्जपासन्निभाम्॥
Transliteration
Pratyālīḍhapadāṁ sadaiva dadhatīṁ chinnaṁ śiraḥ kartrikāṁ Digvastrāṁ svakabandhaśoṇitasudhādhārāṁ pibantīṁ mudā | Nāgābaddhaśiromaṇiṁ trinayanāṁ hṛdyutpalālaṅkṛtāṁ Ratyāsaktamanobhavoparigatāṁ dhyāyejjapāsannibhām ||
Meaning / Translation
I meditate upon Mother Chinnamasta, who stands firmly in the Pratyalidha posture, holding her own severed head in one hand and a scythe (kartri) in the other. Naked (clothed in space), she joyfully drinks the stream of nectar-like blood flowing from her own severed neck. She is three-eyed, adorned with a jewel-crested serpent and a lotus garland at her heart, and stands triumphantly upon the copulating deities of desire (Kama and Rati), radiating a brilliant crimson hue like the hibiscus flower.

Transliteration
Om Śrīṁ Hrīṁ Klīṁ Aiṁ Vajravairocanīye Hūṁ Hūṁ Phaṭ Svāhā ||
Meaning / Translation
Om, I offer salutations and surrender to Vajra Vairochani (the resplendent, adamantine Goddess of supreme consciousness), who embodies auspiciousness (Shrim), purification and creation (Hrim), attraction and preservation (Klim), and wisdom (Aim). Destroy all ignorance and illusions (Hum Hum Phat Svaha)!

Meaning / Translation
Om, let us contemplate the radiant Goddess Vairochani. We meditate upon the supreme Mother Chinnamasta. May that divine Goddess illuminate our intellect and guide us on the path of spiritual liberation.

Caṇḍāyai Pracaṇḍāyai Caṇḍapracaṇḍāyai Namo Namaḥ | Chinnamastāyai Devyai Sarvasiddhipradāyinyai || Trailokyavikhyātāyai Kāmakautukanāśinyai | Vajravairocanīye Nityaṁ Bhaktyā Namāmyaham ||
Meaning / Translation
Salutations again and again to the fierce, supremely powerful, and invincible Mother. Reverence to Devi Chinnamasta, the granter of all spiritual perfections (siddhis). Renowned across the three worlds, the destroyer of binding desires and illusions, I bow down with deep devotion daily to Vajra Vairochani.
