First resides Somnath, in the great land of Gujarat. Second resides Mallikarjuna, the pride of the Shri Shail mountains.

Meaning / Translation
Whoever sings the glory of the twelve Jyotirlingas, shall receive the grace of Shiva. They shall attain their heart's desires and merge into the feet of Lord Shiva.
