एकादशी का व्रत है पावन, विष्णु जी को है अति मनभावन। जो भी इसका ध्यान लगाए, मनवांछित फल वो पा जाए।
Transliteration
Ekadashi ka vrat hai paavan, Vishnu ji ko hai ati manbhavan. Jo bhi iska dhyan lagaye, manvanchit phal vo paa jaye.
Meaning / Translation
The Ekadashi fast is extremely pure and is most pleasing to Lord Vishnu. Whoever meditates upon this fast shall attain the desires of their heart.
Stanza 2: Purification of Soul

पाप कटें और जन्म मिटें सब, सुख शांति का हो दिव्य संगम। नारायण की कृपा जो पाए, भवसागर से मुक्ति वह पाए।
Transliteration
Paap katein aur janm mitein sab, sukh shanti ka ho divya sangam. Narayana ki kripa jo paaye, bhavsagar se mukti vah paaye.
Meaning / Translation
Sins are destroyed and the cycle of births is ended, creating a divine union of peace and happiness. Whoever receives the grace of Narayana attains liberation from the ocean of worldly existence.
Stanza 3: Prayer for Grace

हे श्री हरि! शरण में आए, भक्त की बिगड़ी बात बनाए। एकादशी व्रत की महिमा गाएं, चरणों में अपने शीश नवाएं।
Transliteration
He Shri Hari! Sharan mein aaye, bhakt ki bigdi baat banaye. Ekadashi vrat ki mahima gaayein, charnon mein apne sheesh nawayein.
Meaning / Translation
O Lord Hari! We have come to your refuge; please mend the broken lives of your devotees. Let us sing the glory of the Ekadashi fast and bow our heads at your lotus feet.
