gṛhāṇārthe gṛhapate gṛhasthāśramamāvaha, gṛhiṇī gṛhasthadevatā gṛhāṇārthe namo'stu tē
Meaning / Translation
For the sake of entering the house, we invoke the lord of the house, and the household deity, and offer our salutations to you.

शubham करोति कालिंदी पुलिनं शubham यस्य मातरं गंगा शubham पापं विनाशयति
Transliteration
śubham karoti kālindī pulinaṃ śubham yasya mātaraṃ gaṅgā śubham pāpaṃ vināśayati
Meaning / Translation
The sacred river Ganges makes the shore auspicious, the one whose mother is Ganges, destroys all sins, and makes everything auspicious.

Meaning / Translation
Fire is the head of the heavens, the lord of the sky, the husband of the earth, the one who dwells in the atmosphere, and shines in all the three worlds.
