ह का सूर्य, थ का चंद्रमा। इन दोनों का मिलन ही योग है। प्राण और अपान का संतुलन ही जीवन है।
Transliteration
Ha ka Surya, Tha ka Chandrama. In donon ka milan hi Yoga hai. Prana aur Apana ka santulan hi jeevan hai.
Meaning / Translation
'Ha' represents the Sun (Pingala), and 'Tha' represents the Moon (Ida). The union of these two is Yoga. The perfect balance of Prana (vital breath) and Apana (downward breath) is the essence of life.
