Meaning / Translation
O Lord with a curved trunk and a massive body, whose splendor is equal to millions of suns, please make all my endeavors free of obstacles, always. O first-worshipped Lord Ganesha, the bringer of auspiciousness and the leader of all. O giver of auspicious fruits, destroyer of obstacles, and the provider of wisdom.

Meaning / Translation
Salutations to the Divine Lord Vasudeva. The bearer of the Discus, the one with the Garuda flag, the sustainer of the universe, Narayana. He is the splendor of the waxing moon and the essence of the waning moon. Through devotion to Vishnu, one attains infinite bliss.

Dates, weekdays, constellations, and months—all are inhabited by Shiva, Vishnu, and Ganesha. Fasting, festivals, and life's sacraments are the light of existence. May the path of life be auspicious, and may devotion always reside within.
