न मैं शरीर, न मैं मन, न मैं ये बुद्धि और प्राण। मैं तो शुद्ध चैतन्य हूँ, सत्य स्वरूप मेरा ज्ञान॥
Transliteration
Na main sharir, na main mann, na main ye buddhi aur praan. Main toh shuddh chaitanya hoon, satya swaroop mera gyaan.
Meaning / Translation
I am neither the body, nor the mind, nor the intellect, nor the vital breath. I am pure consciousness; my true essence is eternal truth.
Stanza 2: Neti-Neti (Not this, Not that)

नेति-नेति बोध कराता, अज्ञान का तिमिर मिटाता। माया के इस जाल से, आत्मा को मुक्त कराता॥
Transliteration
Neti-neti bodh karata, agyaan ka timir mitaata. Maya ke is jaal se, aatma ko mukt karaata.
Meaning / Translation
The realization of 'not this, not this' destroys the darkness of ignorance. It liberates the soul from the complex web of Maya (illusion).
Stanza 3: The Truth of Brahman

ब्रह्म सत्यं जगन्मिथ्या, जीवो ब्रह्मैव नापरः। ज्ञान की अग्नि में जलता, मोह-मद का सारा रगण॥
Transliteration
Brahma satyam jaganmithya, jivo brahmaiva naaparah. Gyaan ki agni mein jalta, moh-mad ka saara ragan.
Meaning / Translation
Brahman is the only truth, the world is an illusion, and the individual soul is none other than Brahman. In the fire of spiritual knowledge, all attachment and ego are consumed.
Stanza 4: Self-Realization

अहं ब्रह्मास्मि मंत्र गूँजे, आत्म-साक्षात्कार हो। ज्ञान योग के इस मार्ग पर, जीवन का उद्धार हो॥
Transliteration
Aham Brahmasmi mantra goonje, aatma-saakshaatkaar ho. Jnana Yoga ke is maarg par, jeevan ka uddhaar ho.
Meaning / Translation
As the mantra 'I am Brahman' resonates, let self-realization occur. On this path of Jnana Yoga, may life attain ultimate liberation.
