करचरणकृतं वाक्कायजं कर्मजं वा । श्रवणनयनजं वा मानसं वापराधम् ॥ शिवेति मन्त्रमुच्चरन् शिवं स्मरामि ॥
Transliteration
Karacharaṇa-kṛtaṃ vākkāyajam karmajam vā | Śravaṇanayanajam vā mānasam vāparādham || Śiveti mantramuccaran śivaṃ smarāmi ||
Meaning / Translation
Whatever sins I have committed with my hands, feet, speech, body, actions, through my ears, eyes, or my mind, I remember Lord Shiva by chanting His name to seek forgiveness.

ध्यायेन्नित्यं महेशं रजतगिरिनिभं चारुचन्द्रमौलिं । रत्नाकल्पोज्ज्वलांगं परशुमृगवराभीतिहस्तं प्रसन्नम् ॥
Transliteration
Dhyāyen-nityaṃ maheśaṃ rajata-giri-nibhaṃ cāru-candra-mauliṃ | Ratnā-kalpojjvālaṅgaṃ paraśu-mṛga-varābhi-ti-hastaṃ prasannam ||
Meaning / Translation
One should constantly meditate on the Great Lord Maheshwara, who shines like a silver mountain, who wears the beautiful crescent moon on His head, whose limbs are brilliant with jewels, and who holds a battle-axe, a deer, and grants boons and protection with His hands, appearing in a peaceful state.

Trayambakaṃ gajavaktraṃ ca trailokyapālakaṃ śivam | Bilvapatraṃ samarpayāmi ||
Meaning / Translation
I offer these sacred Bilva leaves to Lord Shiva, the three-eyed one, the protector of the three worlds.

Transliteration
Om tryambakaṃ yajāmahe sugandhiṃ puṣṭivardhanam | Urvārukamiva bandhanānmṛtyormukṣīya mā'mṛtāt ||
Meaning / Translation
We worship the Three-Eyed Lord, who is fragrant and nourishes all existence. As the ripened cucumber is freed from its bond to the vine, may He liberate us from death for the sake of immortality.

Meaning / Translation
Victory to Shiva, the primordial sound (Omkara). Lord Shiva, the destroyer of sorrows. Brahma, Vishnu, and Sadashiva are the manifestations of His divine energy.
