हिरण्यकशिपु का मर्दन किया, प्रहलाद की रक्षा की। दुष्टों का संहार कर, धर्म की रक्षा की॥
Transliteration
Hiranyakashipu ka mardan kiya, Prahlad ki raksha ki. Dushton ka sanhar kar, Dharma ki raksha ki.
Meaning / Translation
You crushed the demon Hiranyakashipu and protected the young devotee Prahlad. By destroying the wicked, You upheld the principles of Dharma (righteousness).

Transliteration
Simha mukh aur manav kaya, Tejomay swaroop tumhara. Nakh se kiya adharma ka nash, Jag ka kalyan kiya.

With the face of a lion and the body of a human, Your form is filled with divine radiance. With Your sharp claws, You destroyed unrighteousness and brought welfare to the entire world.
