केदारनाथ में पीठ विराजत, प्रथम धाम अति पावन साजे। बैल रूप में शिव दर्शन देते, भक्त यहाँ सब कष्ट मिटाते।
Transliteration
Kedarnath mein peeth virajat, pratham dhaam ati paavan saaje. Bail roop mein Shiv darshan dete, bhakt yahan sab kasht mitaate.
Meaning / Translation
In Kedarnath, His hump is enshrined, the first shrine is most sacredly adorned. Shiva appears in the form of a bull, erasing all the sufferings of His devotees.
Madhyamaheshwar (The Navel)

मध्यमहेश्वर नाभि रूप धारे, द्वितीय धाम अति सुन्दर प्यारे। मध्य भाग में शिव का वास, मन में जगावे अटूट विश्वास।

Madhyamaheshwar nabhi roop dhaare, dwitiya dhaam ati sundar pyaare. Madhya bhaag mein Shiv ka vaas, man mein jagaave atoot vishwas.

तुंगनाथ में भुजा विराजत, तृतीय धाम में शक्ति समायत। विश्व का सबसे ऊँचा धाम, शिव के चरणों में सुख तमाम।

Tungnath mein bahu virajat, tritiya dhaam mein shakti samaayat. Vishwa ka sabse ooncha dhaam, Shiv ke charnon mein sukh tamaam.
Meaning / Translation
In Tungnath, His arms are enshrined, the third shrine where divine power resides. The highest shrine in the world, where all ultimate happiness lies at Shiva's feet.

रुद्रनाथ में मुख विराजत, चतुर्थ धाम में शिव हर्षित। मुख मंडल का दिव्य स्वरूप, मिटाता जीवन के सब दुःख-कूप।
Transliteration
Rudranath mein mukh virajat, chaturth dhaam mein Shiv harshit. Mukh mandal ka divya swaroop, mitaata jeevan ke sab dukh-koop.
Meaning / Translation
In Rudranath, His face is enshrined, in the fourth shrine Shiva is blissful. The divine form of His countenance removes all the wells of sorrow from life.

कल्पेश्वर में जटा विराजत, पंचम धाम में शिव संहारत। जटाओं में शिव का वास महान, पावन करें सबका कल्याण।

Kalpeshwar mein jata virajat, pancham dhaam mein Shiv sanhaarat. Jataon mein Shiv ka vaas mahaan, paavan karein sabka kalyan.
