Transliteration
Namo devon ke devon ko, namo grahon ke swami ko. Brahmand ke in sanchalako ko, sadar pranam karein hum sab.
Meaning / Translation
Salutations to the gods of gods, salutations to the lords of the planets. We bow respectfully to these controllers of the universe.
Surya (The Sun)

ॐ सूर्याय नमः। सर्वलोकप्रभाकरं, तेजपुञ्जस्वयंभासम्। जीवनशक्तिदातां च, नमामि सूर्यदेवम्।
Transliteration
Om Suryaya Namah. Sarvaloka-prabhakaram, teja-punja-svayambhasam. Jivana-shakti-datam cha, namami Surya-devam.
Meaning / Translation
Salutations to the Sun. The illuminator of all worlds, the self-shining mass of brilliance. I bow to the Sun God, the provider of the essence of life.

Transliteration
Om Chandraya Namah. Soma-priyaya chandraya, sheetala-pradayacha. Manah-prasadanam devam, vande chandram shashinam.
Meaning / Translation
Salutations to the Moon. Beloved of Soma, the giver of coolness. I worship the Moon, the deity who brings peace to the mind.
Mangala (Mars)

ॐ मंगलाय नमः। अंगारकवर्णं दीप्तं, शौर्यशक्तिप्रदायकम्। युद्धकौशलसिद्धार्थं, नमामि मंगलं शुभम्।
Transliteration
Om Mangalaya Namah. Angaraka-varnam deeptam, shauryashakti-pradayakam. Yuddha-kaushalya-siddhartham, namami Mangalam shubham.

Salutations to Mars. Red in color and glowing, the bestower of courage and strength. I bow to the auspicious Mars, the giver of mastery and victory.

Om Budhaya Namah. Buddhi-pradayam chaturam, vaka-chaturyavar-dhanam. Jnana-prakasham devam, vande Budham prabodhakam.
Meaning / Translation
Salutations to Mercury. The intelligent one, the enhancer of eloquence and wit. I worship Mercury, the deity of enlightenment and knowledge.
Brihaspati (Jupiter)

ॐ बृहस्पतये नमः। देवगुरुं ज्ञानरूपं, धर्ममार्गादर्शकम। सौभाग्यप्रदायकं देवं, नमामि गुरुं बृहस्पतिम्।
Transliteration
Om Brihaspataye Namah. Deva-gurum jnana-rupam, dharma-marga-darshakam. Saubhagya-pradayakam devam, namami Gurum Brihaspatim.
Meaning / Translation
Salutations to Jupiter. The Guru of the Devas, the embodiment of wisdom, the guide on the path of righteousness. I bow to Jupiter, the bestower of good fortune.

Salutations to Venus. The giver of arts and beauty, the bestower of prosperity. I worship the divine Venus, the provider of worldly joys and comforts.

Salutations to Rahu and Ketu. The sons of shadows, the providers of spiritual success and destroyers of planetary defects. May they remove all obstacles; I bow to the sons of shadow.
