जय जय शिव शंकर अविनाशी, अमरनाथ की महिमा न्यारी। हिम के लिंग में विराजे स्वामी, पावन गुफा अति सुखकारी।
Transliteration
Jai Jai Shiva Shankara Avinashi, Amarnath ki mahima nyari. Him ke ling mein viraje swami, paavan gufa ati sukhkaari.
Meaning / Translation
Victory, victory to Lord Shiva, the indestructible one; the glory of Amarnath is unique and incomparable. The Lord resides in the form of an ice Lingam; His holy cave is a source of immense bliss.

कठिन डगर और ऊँचे पर्वत, भक्त चले हैं द्वारे तुम्हारे। श्रद्धा भाव से मन में लेकर, आए शरण तुम्हारी प्यारे।
Transliteration
Kathin dagar aur oonche parvat, bhakt chale hain dwaare tumhare. Shraddha bhaav se mann mein lekar, aaye sharan tumhari pyaare.
Meaning / Translation
The paths are difficult and the mountains are high, yet devotees journey toward your doorstep. Carrying deep faith in their hearts, they have come to seek your beloved refuge.

अमर कथा सुनाने वाले, तुम ही हो जग के पालनहार। हिम कण-कण में तुम ही बसते, महिमा अपरंपार अपार।
Transliteration
Amar katha sunaane vaale, tum hi ho jag ke paalanhaar. Him kan-kan mein tum hi baste, mahima aparampaar apaar.
Meaning / Translation
You are the one who tells the eternal story (of immortality), you are the sustainer of the universe. You reside in every particle of the ice; your glory is infinite and boundless.

चरणों में जो शीश नवाए, मिट जाए दुःख संताप सारे। अमरनाथ की कृपा जो पाए, भवसागर से तर जाए प्यारे।
Transliteration
Charanon mein jo sheesh navaaye, mit jaaye dukh sansatap saare. Amarnath ki kripa jo paaye, bhav-saagar se tar jaaye pyaare.
Meaning / Translation
Whoever bows their head at your feet, all their sorrows and sufferings are destroyed. Whoever receives the grace of Amarnath, successfully crosses the ocean of worldly existence.
