श्रीलक्ष्मीनारायणयोः चरणकमलेभ्यो नमः। ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय, ॐ श्री महालक्ष्म्यै नमः॥

Transliteration

Śrīlakṣmīnārāyaṇayoḥ caraṇakamalebhyo namaḥ | Om namo bhagavate vāsudevāya, Om śrī mahālakṣmyai namaḥ ||

Meaning / Translation

Salutations to the lotus feet of Sri Lakshmi Narayana. Om, salutations to the Supreme Lord Vasudeva. Om, salutations to the Great Goddess Lakshmi.

Verse 1: Praise to Lord Narayana

शंखचक्रगदापद्मधारिणं नमामि। श्रीनिवासवनमालीधरं नमामि।<br>क्षीरसागरशयनं पीताम्बरधरोत्तमम्।<br>सर्वलोकहितैषिणं नमामि नमामि॥

Transliteration

Śaṅkhacakragadāpadadhāriṇaṃ namāmi | Śrīnivāsavanamālīdharaṃ namāmi |<br>Kṣīrasāgarashayanaṃ pītāmbara-dharottamam |<br>Sarvalokahitaiṣiṇaṃ namāmi namāmi ||

Meaning / Translation

I bow to Him who holds the conch, discus, mace, and lotus. I bow to Him who wears the garlands of the divine forest of Sri. I bow to Him who reclines on the milky ocean, wearing the finest yellow silks, and who seeks the welfare of all the worlds.

Verse 2: Praise to Goddess Lakshmi

कमललोचनां महाप्रियां धनदां।<br>श्रीनिवासहृदयवासिनीं नमामि॥<br>करुणासिंधुं सर्वसिद्धिप्रदां।<br>लक्ष्मीनारायणसंगिनीं नमामि॥

Transliteration

Kamalalocanāṃ mahāpriyāṃ dhanadāṃ |<br>Śrīnivāsāhṛdayavāsinīṃ namāmi ||<br>Karuṇā-sindhuṃ sarvasiddhipradāṃ |<br>Lakṣmīnārāyaṇasaṅginīṃ namāmi ||

Meaning / Translation

I bow to the one with lotus-like eyes, the beloved of the Lord, the bestower of wealth, and the dweller in the heart of Sri Nivasa (Narayana). I bow to the ocean of compassion, the giver of all perfections, and the eternal consort of Lakshmi-Narayana.

Verse 3: The Union of Hearts

हृदये नित्यं लक्ष्म्या वासो।<br>नारायणस्य श्रीविभासो॥<br>द्वयं एकं जगत्तारकं।<br>भक्तवत्सलं भक्तरक्षकम्॥

Transliteration

Hṛdaye nityaṃ lakṣmyā vāso |<br>Nārāyaṇasya śrī-vibhāso ||<br>Dvayaṃ ekaṃ jagattārakaṃ |<br>Bhaktavatsalaṃ bhaktarakṣakam ||

Meaning / Translation

Lakshmi resides eternally in His heart, and Narayana is the divine splendor of Lakshmi. Though appearing as two, they are one, the savior of the universe, the lover of devotees, and the protector of all who seek refuge.

इति श्रीलक्ष्मीनारायणहृदयस्तोत्रं सम्पूर्णम्।<br>यः पठेत् स सर्वदा सुखं शान्तिं च लभते॥

Transliteration

Iti śrīlakṣmīnārāyaṇahṛdayastotraṃ sampūrṇam |<br>Yaḥ paṭhet sa sarvadā sukhaṃ śāntiṃ ca labhate ||

Meaning / Translation

Thus concludes the Sri Lakshmi Narayana Hrudaya Stotram. He who recites this shall always attain eternal happiness and profound peace.
