Puja hai bhakti ka aadhaar, Ishwar se judne ka dwaar. Vividh roopon mein hum karte dhyaan, badhaate apna aadhyatmik maan.
Meaning / Translation
Puja is the foundation of devotion, the gateway to connect with the Divine. In various forms, we meditate, enhancing our spiritual stature.
Aarti (The Offering of Light)

आरती उतारें दीप जलाकर, मन का अंधकार मिटाकर। प्रकाश से प्रभु को हर्षायें, श्रद्धा भाव हृदय में लायें।
Transliteration
Aarti utaarein deep jalakar, mann ka andhkaar mitakar. Prakash se Prabhu ko harshayen, shraddha bhaav hriday mein laayen.
Meaning / Translation
We perform Aarti by lighting lamps, erasing the darkness of the mind. We gladden the Lord with light, bringing feelings of faith into our hearts.
Bhajan (Devotional Singing)

भजन गाएं हृदय की प्यास बुझाएं, प्रभु के चरणों में स्वयं को लगाएं। सुर और ताल में भक्ति समाये, मन प्रभु के रंग में रंग जाए।
Transliteration
Bhajan gaayein hriday ki pyaas bujhaayein, Prabhu ke charnon mein swayam ko lagaayein. Sur aur taal mein bhakti samaaye, mann Prabhu ke rang mein rang jaaye.
Meaning / Translation
We sing Bhajans to quench the thirst of the heart, surrendering ourselves at the feet of the Lord. When devotion dissolves into melody and rhythm, the mind becomes colored in the hues of the Divine.
Chalisa (Forty Verses of Praise)

चालीसा चालीस चौपाई है, भक्ति मार्ग की अनमोल कमाई है। चालीस छंदों में महिमा गाएं, संकट सारे दूर भगाएं।
Transliteration
Chalisa chaalis chaupai hai, bhakti maarg ki anmol kamai hai. Chaalis chhandon mein mahima gaayein, sankat saare door bhagaayein.
Meaning / Translation
The Chalisa consists of forty verses, a priceless treasure on the path of devotion. By singing the glory in forty stanzas, we drive away all troubles.

मंत्र जपें और स्तोत्र का गान, मिलता है शांति और दिव्य ज्ञान। नाद ब्रह्म की शक्ति निराली, मिटाती है जीवन की हर काली।

Mantra japein aur stotra ka gaan, milta hai shaanti aur divya gyaan. Naad Brahm ki shakti niraali, mitaati hai jeevan ki har kaali.
Meaning / Translation

Upasna (Meditation and Worship)

उपसना से एकाग्रता आती, आत्मा परमात्मा से मिल जाती। श्रद्धा, सबुरी और विश्वास, पूजा का है असली अहसास।
Transliteration
Upasna se ekagrata aati, aatma parmatma se mil jaati. Shraddha, saburi aur vishwas, puja ka hai asli ahsaas.
Meaning / Translation
Through Upasna (meditation), concentration is achieved, and the soul meets the Supreme Soul. Faith, patience, and belief are the true essence of Puja.
