पञ्चकं नास्ति स्तोत्रं न मन्त्रं न च कीर्तनम् । ज्योतिषे पञ्चकं प्रोक्तं नक्षत्रपञ्चकं बुधैः ॥ शिवपितृसम्बन्धेन शान्तिः स्याद्विधिना कृता । न कश्चिद्गीतिरस्त्यत्र सत्यमेव हि कीर्तितम् ॥
Transliteration
pañcakaṃ nāsti stotraṃ na mantraṃ na ca kīrtanam । jyotiṣe pañcakaṃ proktaṃ nakṣatrapañcakaṃ budhaiḥ ॥ śivapitṛsambandhena śāntiḥ syādvidhinā kṛtā । na kaścidgītirastyatra satyameva hi kīrtitam ॥
Meaning / Translation
There exists no traditional stotra, mantra, or kirtan titled 'Panchak'.
