Transliteration
Sadhana kya hai? Man ki shuddhi, Atma ka gyaan. Ishvara ki prapti ka, yeh paavan vidhaan.
Meaning / Translation
What is Sadhana? It is the purification of the mind and the knowledge of the Self. It is the sacred method to attain the Divine.

प्राणायाम और ध्यान से, चित्त को शांत बनाएँ। मंत्र जप और सेवा से, प्रभु चरणों में आएँ।
Transliteration
Pranayama aur dhyana se, chitta ko shaant banayein. Mantra japa aur seva se, Prabhu charnon mein aayein.
Meaning / Translation
Through breath control and meditation, calm the consciousness. Through mantra chanting and selfless service, come to the feet of the Lord.

Transliteration
Indriya nigraha aur sanyam, jeevan ka aadhaar. Tyag aur tapasya se, ho bhavsagar paar.
Meaning / Translation
Control of the senses and self-restraint are the foundations of life. Through renunciation and austerity, one crosses the ocean of worldly existence.

जब मिट जाए द्वैत भाव, तब सत्य का बोध हो। साधक के हृदय में, ईश्वर का वास हो।
Transliteration
Jab mit jaaye dvaita bhaav, tab satya ka bodh ho. Sadhak ke hriday mein, Ishvara ka vaas ho.
Meaning / Translation
When the sense of duality vanishes, then true knowledge arises. In the heart of the practitioner, the Divine resides.
