Jai Yamuna Jai Jai Bhavani, Surya Putri Ati Paavan Vaani. Charno mein tere sheesh jhukaate, bhakti bhaav se gungaan sunaate.

भानु की लाली तुम हो प्यारी, जग जननी महिमा तुम्हारी। सूर्य कुंड से धारा बहती, भक्तों के सब कष्ट हरती। यमुना का जल अमृत समान, पावन करे सकल जहान।
Transliteration
Bhanu ki laali tum ho pyaari, jag janani mahima tumhari. Surya Kund se dhaara behti, bhakton ke sab kasht harati. Yamuna ka jal amrit samaan, paavan kare sakal jahaan.
Meaning / Translation
You are the beloved radiance of Surya (the Sun), the mother of the world, your glory is immense. From the Surya Kund, your stream flows, removing all the sufferings of your devotees. The water of the Yamuna is like nectar, purifying the entire universe.

यमुनोत्री के पावन धाम, जहाँ गूँजे प्रभु का नाम। हिमगिरी की गोद में सोहे, दिव्य ज्योति मन में मोहे। दर्शन पाकर मिटे क्लेश, हृदय में भरे दिव्य आवेश।

Yamunotri ke paavan dhaam, jahaan goonje Prabhu ka naam. Himgiri ki god mein sohe, divya jyoti mann mein mohe. Darshan paakar mite klesh, hriday mein bhare divya aavesh.

The holy abode of Yamunotri, where the name of the Lord resonates. It shines in the lap of the Himalayas, its divine light enchanting the mind. Upon receiving your darshan (vision), all sorrows vanish, and a divine fervor fills the heart.
