6 – SELF-AWARENESS AND ART
Verse 1: The Awakening of the Self

अंतर्मन की गहराई में, स्वयं को मैं पाऊँ। माया के इस अंधकार से, सत्य की ज्योति जलाऊँ। मैं कौन हूँ? यह प्रश्न ही, बोध का आधार है। स्वयं की खोज ही, जीवन का सार है।
Transliteration
Antarman ki gehraai mein, swayam ko main paaun. Maya ke is andhkaar se, satya ki jyoti jalaun. Main kaun hoon? Yeh prashn hi, bodh ka aadhaar hai. Swayam ki khoj hi, jeevan ka saar hai.
Meaning / Translation
In the depths of the inner mind, I find myself. From this darkness of illusion, I light the flame of truth. 'Who am I?'—this question is the foundation of awareness. The search for oneself is the essence of life.
Verse 2: Art as Divine Expression

रंगों में है ईश्वर, स्वरों में है वास। कला की हर अभिव्यक्ति में, प्रभु का ही आभास। सृजन का हर क्षण, एक नृत्य है दिव्य। कला के माध्यम से, आत्मा हो जाए जीवंत और प्रद्युत्व।
Transliteration
Rangon mein hai Ishwar, swaron mein hai vaas. Kala ki har abhivyakti mein, Prabhu ka hi aabhaas. Srijan ka har kshan, ek nritya hai divya. Kala ke maadhyam se, aatma ho jaaye jeevant aur pradyut.
Meaning / Translation
God resides in colors, and in the musical notes. In every expression of art, there is a sense of the Divine. Every moment of creation is a divine dance. Through art, the soul becomes vibrant and luminous.
Verse 3: The Unity of Observer and Observed

मैं ही हूँ चित्रकार, और मैं ही हूँ चित्र। आत्मा के दर्पण में, दिखता परम मित्र। न कोई द्वैत यहाँ, न कोई भेद है। कला और बोध का, अद्भुत संयोग है।
Transliteration
Main hi hoon chitrakar, aur main hi hoon chitra. Atma ke darpan mein, dikhta param mitra. Na koi dvait yahan, na koi bhed hai. Kala aur bodh ka, adbhut sanyog hai.
Meaning / Translation
I am the painter, and I am the painting. In the mirror of the soul, the Supreme Friend is seen. There is no duality here, no distinction. It is a wondrous confluence of art and awareness.
Verse 4: Final Realization
Original
जब बोध और कला, एक हो जाते हैं। तब हम स्वयं में, परमात्मा को पाते हैं। ब्रह्मांड का संगीत, हृदय में गूँजता जाए। आत्म-साक्षात्कार से, जीवन सार्थक हो जाए।
Transliteration
Jab bodh aur kala, ek ho jaate hain. Tab hum swayam mein, Paramatma ko paate hain. Brahmand ka sangeet, hriday mein goonjta jaaye. Atma-sakshatkar se, jeevan sarthak ho jaaye.
Meaning / Translation
When awareness and art become one, we find the Supreme Soul within ourselves. May the music of the universe echo in the heart. Through self-realization, may life become meaningful.
