मनो बुद्धी अहंकार चित्तानि नाहं, न च प्राण संज्ञा न चैव बुद्धियो न च योगा। न च श्रोत्रं चक्षुः स्पर्शनं च घ्राणं, न च शब्द तान्त न मे चक्षुः श्रवणम्॥ चिदानन्द रूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
Transliteration
Mano buddhi ahankara chittani naham, na cha prana sangya na chaiva buddhiyo na cha yoga. Na cha shrotram chakshuh sparshanam cha ghranam, na cha shabda tantam na me chakshuh shravanam. Chidananda rupah shivoham shivoham.
Meaning / Translation
I am not the mind, the intellect, the ego, or the memory; I am not the vital breath, nor the sensory perceptions, nor the states of yoga. I am not the ears, the eyes, the sense of touch, or the sense of smell. I am not the sounds, nor the sense of sight or hearing. I am the form of pure consciousness and bliss, I am Shiva, I am Shiva.

न मे द्वेष इच्छा न रोह जितोऽपि मे, न मे पुण्य पापं न मे मे विषादः। न मे मृत्यु शंका न मे मे भयत्रयम्, चिदानन्द रूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
Transliteration
Na me dwesha ichcha na roh jito api me, na me punya papam na me me vishadah. Na me mrityu shanka na me me bhayatrayam, chidananda rupah shivoham shivoham.
Meaning / Translation
I have no hatred, no desire, and no attachment. I have no merit, no sin, and no sorrow. I have no fear of death, no anxiety, and no triple fears. I am the form of pure consciousness and bliss, I am Shiva, I am Shiva.

न च मे मृत्यु शंका न मे मे भयत्रयम्, चिदानन्द रूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
Transliteration
Na cha me mrityu shanka na me me bhayatrayam, chidananda rupah shivoham shivoham.
Meaning / Translation
I have no fear of death, nor the three fundamental fears (of the past, present, and future). I am the form of pure consciousness and bliss, I am Shiva, I am Shiva.

अहं निर्विकल्पो निराकार रूपो, विभुत्वाच्च सर्वत्र सर्वेन्द्रियाणाम्। न चासङ्गतं नैव मुक्तिर्न मे मे, चिदानन्द रूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
Transliteration
Aham nirvikalpo nirakara rupo, vibhutvachcha sarvatra sarvendriyanam. Na asangatam naiva mukti na me me, chidananda rupah shivoham shivoham.
Meaning / Translation
I am beyond all modifications, I am formless. I am all-pervading, present in all senses. I am neither attached nor am I seeking liberation, for I am already free. I am the form of pure consciousness and bliss, I am Shiva, I am Shiva.
