चैत्र मास की पूर्णिमा आई, नभ में चाँदनी छाई। विष्णु प्रभु की कृपा बरसे, भक्तों के मन हर्ष समाए।
Transliteration
Chaitra maas ki purnima aayi, Nabh mein chandni chhayi. Vishnu Prabhu ki kripa barse, Bhakton ke man harsh samaye.
Meaning / Translation
The full moon of the month of Chaitra has arrived, spreading moonlight across the sky. The grace of Lord Vishnu pours down, filling the hearts of devotees with joy.

ऋतु वसंत की छटा निराली, फूलों ने है खुशबू पाली। चैत्र पूर्णिमा का पर्व निराला, मिटाता है सब मन का जाला।

Ritu vasant ki chhata nirali, Phoolon ne hai khushbu paali. Chaitra purnima ka parv nirala, Mitata hai sab man ka jaala.
