मरुधर देस में आप पधारो, रंगीला जी राज। हंस-हंस मीठी बातां कीज्यो, दीजो रुणझुण साझ। केसरिया बालम आओ नी, पधारो म्हारे देस।
Transliteration
Marudhar desh mein aap padharo, rangila ji raj. Hans-hans meethi baataan keejyo, deejo runjhun saaj. Kesariya balam aavo ni, padharo mhare desh.

Please visit this desert land of Marwar, O colorful prince! Speak sweet words with a smile, and fill the evening with melodic sounds. O saffron beloved, welcome to my land.

कुर्जां रे तू उड़ जा, जावो पिया जी रे देस। सन्देसो दीजो म्हारे ढोला ने, पधारो म्हारे देस। केसरिया बालम आओ नी, पधारो म्हारे देस।
Transliteration
Kurjaan re tu ud ja, jaavo piya ji re desh. Sandeso deejo mhare dhola ne, padharo mhare desh. Kesariya balam aavo ni, padharo mhare desh.
Meaning / Translation
O migratory crane (Kurja), fly away to the land of my beloved! Give a message to my sweetheart to please return and come to my land. O saffron beloved, welcome to my land.

पीपली तणे तले ढोला, उभारी म्हे बाट। कब घर आवोगे म्हारा साहिब, थारो ही म्हाने आस। केसरिया बालम आओ नी, पधारो म्हारे देस।
Transliteration
Pipli tane tale dhola, ubhari mhe baat. Kab ghar aavoge mhara sahib, tharo hi mhane aas. Kesariya balam aavo ni, padharo mhare desh.

Standing under the sacred fig tree, my love, I wait on the path for you. When will you return home, my beloved master? You are my only hope. O saffron beloved, welcome to my land.
