नमो नमो गिरिराज महाराज, नमो नमो गोवर्धन धारी। ब्रज के रक्षक, भक्तों के हितकारी॥
Transliteration
Namo Namo Giriraj Maharaj, Namo Namo Govardhan Dhari. Braj ke rakshak, bhakton ke hitkari.

Salutations, salutations to the Great King of the Hill, salutations to the lifter of Govardhan. Protector of Braj, benefactor of all devotees.

इंद्र का अभिमान मिटाया, कनिष्ठा उंगली पर पर्वत उठाया। घोर वर्षा से ब्रज को बचाया, अद्भुत रूप दिखाया॥
Transliteration
Indra ka abhimaan mitaya, kanishtha ungli par parvat uthaya. Ghor varsha se Braj ko bachaya, adbhut roop dikhaya.
Meaning / Translation
He destroyed the pride of Indra, lifting the mountain on His little finger. He saved Braj from the torrential rains and revealed His wondrous form.

गोवर्धन की परिक्रमा जो करे, मन के मैल को दूर करे। गिरिराज की धूलि पाकर, जीवन धन्य हो जाए॥
Transliteration
Govardhan ki parikrama jo kare, man ke mail ko door kare. Giriraj ki dhuli paakar, jeevan dhanya ho jaaye.
Meaning / Translation
One who performs the circumambulation of Govardhan removes the impurities of the mind. By obtaining the holy dust of Giriraj, one's life becomes eternally blessed.
