हे जगदीश्वर, दे स्वास्थ्य का दान, तन और मन का हो कल्याण। वात, पित्त और कफ का संतुलन हो, रोगों का अब पूर्ण विसर्जन हो।
Transliteration
He Jagdishwar, de swasthya ka daan, tan aur man ka ho kalyan. Vata, Pitta aur Kapha ka santulan ho, rogon ka ab purn visarjan ho.
Meaning / Translation
O Lord of the Universe, grant the gift of health; let there be well-being for my body and mind. May there be balance between Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and may all diseases now be completely dissolved.

अग्नि शांत हो, वायु स्थिर रहे, शरीर में अमृत की धारा बहे। दोषों का बंधन टूट जाए, स्वास्थ्य का नया सवेरा आए।
Transliteration
Agni shaant ho, vaayu sthir rahe, sharira mein amrit ki dhaara bahe. Doson ka bandhan toot jaaye, swasthya ka naya savera aaye.
Meaning / Translation
May the digestive fire be calm, may the air (movement) remain steady, and may a stream of nectar flow through the body. May the bondage of the doshas break, and a new dawn of health arrive.

प्राण वायु से शुद्ध हो श्वास, मन में जाग्रत हो दिव्य विश्वास। शून्यता में खोकर मैं पाऊँ शांति, शरीर और आत्मा की हो दिव्य क्रांति।
Transliteration
Prana vaayu se shuddh ho shwaas, man mein jaagrat ho divya vishwaas. Shoonyata mein khokar main paaun shanti, sharira aur atma ki ho divya kranti.
Meaning / Translation
May the breath be purified by the life force (Prana), and may divine faith be awakened in the mind. By losing myself in the void (meditation), may I find peace, and may there be a divine revolution of body and soul.
