Swastham shariram sudridham ho, panchatattvon ka vaas, Rog doshon ka naash ho, pranon mein ho vishwas. Indriyan shaktiman hon, bal aur tej apaar, Kaya rahe nirmal sada, sukh ka ho vistaar.
Meaning / Translation
May the body be healthy and strong, inhabited by the five elements. May all diseases and imbalances be destroyed, and may there be faith in the life force (Prana). May the senses be powerful, with immense strength and radiance, and may the body remain pure, expanding the realm of happiness.

Manah shantam cha buddhih prakharah, chitta ki ho shuddhi, Nakaratmakta mite, mile aatmik siddhi. Vicharon mein pavitrata ho, bhavon mein ho prem, Mansik shanti se mahke, jeevan ka har nem.
