Stanza 1: The Beauty of Purity

कमल खिला है निर्मल जल में, सुंदरता की है यह मूरत। दिव्य आभा से जग को महकाए, पावन इसकी पावन सूरत।
Transliteration
Kamal khila hai nirmal jal mein, sundarta ki hai yeh moorat. Divya aabha se jag ko mehkaye, paavan iski paavan soorat.
Meaning / Translation
The lotus blooms in the pure water, it is the embodiment of beauty. Its divine glow perfumes the world, and its countenance is holy.
Stanza 2: The Symbol of Detachment

कीचड़ में भी विमल रहता है, मोह माया से दूर है। निर्लेप भाव का यह संगम, ज्ञान का सुंदर नूर है।
Transliteration
Keechad mein bhi vimal rehta hai, moh maaya se door hai. Nirlep bhaav ka yeh sangam, gyaan ka sundar noor hai.
Meaning / Translation
Even in the mud, it remains pure and stays far from worldly illusions. It is a confluence of detachment, the beautiful light of knowledge.

लक्ष्मी का यह दिव्य आसन, विष्णु का प्रिय आधार। ब्रह्मांड की शक्ति समाई, जिसमें सारा संसार।

Lakshmi ka yeh divya aasan, Vishnu ka priya aadhaar. Brahmand ki shakti samaayi, jisme saara sansaar.

This is the divine seat of Goddess Lakshmi and the beloved foundation of Lord Vishnu. The power of the universe resides within it, encompassing the entire world.

हे प्रभु! हृदय में खिला दो, भक्ति का यह श्वेत कमल। मिट जाए अज्ञान का अंधियारा, मन हो जाए निर्मल।

Hey Prabhu! Hriday mein khila do, bhakti ka yeh shwet kamal. Mit jaaye agyaan ka andhiyara, mann ho jaaye nirmal.

O Lord! Bloom this white lotus of devotion in my heart, so that the darkness of ignorance vanishes and the mind becomes pure.
