Om Pranaaya Swaha, Om Apanaaya Swaha, Om Vyaanaaya Swaha, Om Udaanaaya Swaha, Om Samaanaaya Swaha, Om Brahmane Swaha.
Meaning / Translation
I offer this to the life force (Prana), to the downward breath (Apana), to the circulating breath (Vyana), to the upward breath (Udana), to the digestive breath (Samana), and to the Supreme Brahman.

त्वत्प्रसादात् सर्वसिद्धिः भवतु। अन्नपूर्णा माता सर्वैच्छन्द्रालोकपूर्णता। भक्तार्थं प्रदास्यन्तु सर्वान्कामान्प्रसिद्धिदम्॥
Transliteration
Tvat-prasaadaat sarva-siddhih bhavatu. Annapurna maata sarvaiccha-ndra-loka-purnataa. Bhaktartham pradasyantu sarvan kaaman prasiddhi dam.
Meaning / Translation
By your grace, may all perfections be attained. O Mother Annapurna, who is complete and full of all radiance, please grant the desires of your devotees and bestow success in all their endeavors.
