ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय धन्वन्तरये अमृतकलशहस्ताय सर्वभयविनाशाय सर्वरोगनिवारणाय त्रिलोकपथाय त्रिलोकनाथाय श्रीमहाविष्णुस्वरूपाय श्रीधन्वन्तरिस्वरूपाय नमः।
Transliteration
Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya Dhanvantaraye Amrita-kalasha-hastaya Sarva-bhaya-vinashaya Sarva-roga-nivaranaya Triloka-pathaya Triloka-nathaya Shri-maha-vishnu-swarupaya Shri-dhanvantari-swarupaya Namah.
Meaning / Translation
Salutations to the Lord Dhanvantari, who holds the pot of nectar, the destroyer of all fears, the remover of all diseases, the guide of the three worlds, the lord of the three worlds, the embodiment of Lord Vishnu.

अश्विनीकुमारौ देवौ स्वास्थ्यप्रदौ नमो नमः। दिव्यौ वैद्यौ च देवेन्द्रस्य औषधतुल्यौ नमो नमः॥
Transliteration
Ashwini-kumarau devau swasthya-pradau namo namah. Divyau vaidhyau cha devendrasya aushadha-tulyau namo namah.
Meaning / Translation
Salutations to the Ashwini Kumaras, the divine twins who bestow health. Salutations to the divine physicians of Indra, who are as effective as medicine themselves.

वमनं विरेचनं बस्तिः नस्यं रक्तमोक्षणं च। पंचकर्म क्रिया चैव शुद्धिर्भवतु सर्वदा॥
Transliteration
Vamanam Virechanam Bastih Nasyam Raktamokshanam cha. Panchakarma kriya chaiva shuddhir-bhavatu sarvada.
Meaning / Translation
Emesis (Vamana), Purgation (Virechana), Enema (Basti), Nasal administration (Nasya), and Bloodletting (Raktamokshana). May the five-fold action of Panchakarma always bring complete purification.

देहशुद्धिः मनःशुद्धिः आरोग्यं देहि मे प्रभु। धन्वन्तरि कृपा प्रसादात् सर्व रोग निवारणम्॥
Transliteration
Deha-shuddhih manah-shuddhih arogyam dehi me prabhu. Dhanvantari kripa prasadat sarva roga nivaranam.
Meaning / Translation
Grant me purity of body and purity of mind, and grant me perfect health, O Lord. Through the grace of Dhanvantari, may all diseases be eradicated.
