अग्निमीळे पुरोहितं यज्ञस्य देवमृत्विजम् । होतारं रत्नधातमम् ॥
Transliteration
agnimīḷe purohitaṃ yajñasya devamṛtvijam | hotāraṃ ratnadhātamam ||
Meaning / Translation
I magnify Agni, the high priest, the divine ministrant of the sacrifice, the invoker, the best bestower of treasures.

अग्निः सपुरुवेषां देवो देवानां भ्राता देवो जातमृषि तर्हि ॥
Transliteration
agniḥ sapuruveṣāṃ devo devānāṃ bhrātā devo jātamṛṣi tarhi ||
Meaning / Translation
Agni is the priest of the many, the divine, the brother of the gods, the divine rishi born for us.

यज्ञस्य देव माधवकस्य राजा अग्निं पूजयामि ।
Transliteration
yajñasya deva mādhavakasyā rājā agniṃ pūjayāmi |
Meaning / Translation
The divine lord of the sacrifice, the king of the ritual, I worship Agni.
