ਸੋਚੇ ਓਹੀ ਸੋਚੀ, ਨਾਨਕੇਂ ਤੇ ਮੁਚੇ। ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਸੋਚੀ ਸੋਚੀ, ਕਰੇ ਅਨੰਦੁ ਖਿਆਲੁ। ਹਰਿ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਮਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ, ਗਏ ਮਨਮੁਖ ਰੋਗ ਸਭੇ। ਸੋਚੀ ਸੋਚੀ ਮਨੁ ਸੰਜਮੈ, ਜਿਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਮਨੁ ਰਾਖੈ।
Transliteration
Soche Ohi Sochi, Nanaken Te Muce. Je Koi Sochi Sochi, Kare Anand Khial. Hari Sochiya Mani Hari Dhayaia, Gaye Manmukh Rog Sabhe. Sochi Sochi Manu Sanjamai, Jit Kar Manu Rakhai.
Meaning / Translation
He alone is pure, O Nanak, who is purified by the Guru. If someone thinks and thinks, and rules out other thoughts, he becomes happy. One who thinks of God in his mind and remembers God, all his diseases of the mind are gone. By such thinking, the mind is controlled, and by conquering it, one can protect it.

ਹੁਕਮ ਪਛਾਣੈ ਆਪਣਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਕੋਈ, ਜਿਤਨਾ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਸੁਜਾਈ। ਪਛਾਨੈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜਗਤ ਤੂੰ, ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਜਾਣੈ ਸਭ ਕੋਈ। ਹਰਿ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਹਰੀ ਅਖਵਾਏ, ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਜੀਵਾਂ।
Transliteration
Hukam Pachhane Apna Banda Koi, Jitna Vekhda Hai Jivan Sujaee. Pachhane Manukh Jagat Tun, Tan Hi Janai Sabh Koi. Hari Ap Hi Harri Akhvaaye, Sab Jivan Da Jivan Jivan.
Meaning / Translation
The servant of God knows His will, and sees the world as a drama. If man understands that this world is Yours, then he will know everything. God is the life of all living beings, and He is the One who gives life to all.
