ॐ नमो भगवते सुदर्शन चक्राय, त्रैलोक्य रक्षणाय, सर्व शत्रु विनाशाय, सर्व रोग निवारणाय, सर्व कार्य सिद्धि प्रदायिने नमः॥
Transliteration
Om Namo Bhagavate Sudarshana Chakraya, Trailokya Rakshanaya, Sarva Shatru Vinashaya, Sarva Roga Nivaranaya, Sarva Karya Siddhi Pradayine Namah॥
Meaning / Translation
Salutations to the Lord Sudarshan Chakra, the protector of the three worlds, the destroyer of all enemies, the remover of all diseases, and the granter of success in all endeavors.

चक्र रूपाय दिव्य तेजपुंजाय, विष्णु शक्ति प्रदायित रूपाय। काल चक्राय काल मर्दनाय, भक्त रक्षणाय नमो नमः॥
Transliteration
Chakra Rupaya Divya Tejapunjaya, Vishnu Shakti Pradayita Rupaya. Kala Chakraya Kala Mardanaya, Bhakta Rakshanaya Namo Namah॥
Meaning / Translation
Salutations to the one who is in the form of the Chakra, a mass of divine brilliance, and the embodiment of Vishnu's power. To the Wheel of Time, the destroyer of time itself, and the protector of devotees, salutations again and again.

अधर्म नाशाय धर्म रक्षणाय, शत्रून् नाशाय सुदर्शनाय। भय हाराय दुःख भंजनाय, परम शक्ति स्वरूपाय नमः॥
Transliteration
Adharma Nashaya Dharma Rakshanaya, Shatrun Nashaya Sudarshanaya. Bhaya Haraya Duhkha Bhanjanaya, Parama Shakti Swarupaya Namah॥
Meaning / Translation
To the Sudarshan who destroys unrighteousness, protects righteousness, and annihilates enemies. To the one who dispels fear, breaks all sorrows, and is the very essence of supreme power, salutations.

Transliteration
Yah Sudarshana Chakram Pathet Sada, Tasya Sarvatra Vijayah Sah. Sarva Sankatam Tasya Nashyati, Lakshmi Narayana Kripa Praptah॥
Meaning / Translation
He who recites the Sudarshan Chakra constantly, attains victory in all directions. All his calamities are destroyed, and he attains the divine grace of Lakshmi and Narayana.
