जटाटवीगलज्जलप्रवाहपावितस्थले गलेऽवलम्ब्य लम्बितां भुजङ्गतुङ्गमालिकाम् ।डमड्डमड्डमड्डमन्निनादवड्डमर्वयम् चूडामणिप्रच्छन्नमध्ये कदम्बकुङ्कुमद्रवप्रलिप्तलोचनाम् ॥
Transliteration
Jatatavee galaj-jala pravaha pavitasthale, Gale-valambya lambitam bhujanga-tunga-malikam | Damad damad damad daman ninada vad damarvayam, Chudamani prachanna madhye kadamba kunkuma dravapra-lipta lochanam ||
Meaning / Translation
With his neck purified by the flows of water from the forest of his matted hair, and adorned with a long garland of snakes; with the Damaru drum sounding 'damad damad damad damad', his eyes are smeared with the saffron of Kadamba flowers.

Transliteration
Jata kataha sambhrama bhrama nilimpa nirjhari, Vilola vichi vallari viraja mana murdhani | Dhagadh dhagadh dhagaj jvalal lalata patta pavake, Kishora chandra shekhare ratih pratikshanam mama ||
Meaning / Translation
May my interest be constant in Him, whose head is adorned by the swirling waves of the celestial Ganges, and whose forehead is ablaze with the fire of the Tandava, crowned by the crescent moon.
