पवित्र तुंगभद्रा, शिव की धारा, पावन तट तेरा, जग का सहारा। अमृत समान तेरा जल है बहता, मन में भक्ति का दीप है जलता।
Transliteration
Pavitra Tungabhadra, Shiva ki dhaara, paavan tat tera, jag ka sahaara. Amrit samaan tera jal hai behta, mann mein bhakti ka deep hai jalta.

Holy Tungabhadra, the stream of Shiva, your banks are pure, the support of the world. Your water flows like nectar, lighting the lamp of devotion in the heart.

किष्किंधा की भूमि पर तू बहती, श्री राम की कथा यहाँ है कहती। हनुमान की शरण, पावन यह धाम, तेरे चरणों में कोटि प्रणाम।

Kishkindha ki bhoomi par tu behti, Shri Ram ki katha yahan hai kehti. Hanuman ki sharan, paavan yeh dhaam, tere charno mein koti pranaam.

पाप मिटाती, मन को भाती, भक्ति की गंगा तुम कहलाती। लहरों में गूँजे प्रभु का नाम, तपोभूमि है तेरा नाम।

Paap mitaati, mann ko bhaati, bhakti ki Ganga tum kehlaati. Lehron mein goonje Prabhu ka naam, tapobhoomi hai tera naam.
