देह है मंदिर, पंच तत्व का सार, औषध और आहार, जीवन का आधार। बाहरी दृष्टि से, काया का ध्यान, तत्वों का संतुलन, सुदृढ़ जीवन का मान।
Transliteration
Deha hai mandir, pancha tattva ka saar, Aushadh aur aahaar, jeevan ka aadhaar. Baahari drishti se, kaaya ka dhyaan, Tattvon ka santulan, sudridh jeevan ka maan.
Meaning / Translation
The body is a temple, the essence of the five elements, Medicine and diet are the foundations of life. Through the external vision, we attend to the physical form, Balancing the elements maintains the dignity of a strong life.
Stanza 2: The Internal Vision (Purusha)

भीतर है ज्योति, आत्मा का निवास, प्राण शक्ति का संगम, शांति का आभास। अंतर्मन की दृष्टि, चेतना का प्रकाश, स्वयं को जानना ही, परम स्वास्थ्य का आकाश।
Transliteration
Bheetar hai jyoti, aatma ka niwaas, Praan shakti ka sangam, shaanti ka aabhaas. Antarman ki drishti, chetana ka prakaash, Swayam ko jaanna hi, param swasthya ka aakaash.
Meaning / Translation
Within resides the light, the dwelling of the soul, The union of life-force, the sensation of peace. The vision of the inner mind is the light of consciousness, To know oneself is the infinite sky of ultimate health.
Stanza 3: The Integration (Two-Eyed Seeing)

दो नयन जब खुलें, सत्य का हो मिलन, काया और आत्मा, एक ही लय में वन। जब विज्ञान और अध्यात्म, मिलकर चलें, तभी पूर्ण आरोग्य, जीवन में फलें।
Transliteration
Do nayan jab khulein, satya ka ho milan, Kaaya aur aatma, ek hi lay mein van. Jab vigyaan aur adhyatma, milkar chalein, Tabhi poorn aarogya, jeevan mein phalein.
Meaning / Translation
When both eyes open, truth finds its union, The body and the soul become a forest in a single rhythm. When science and spirituality walk hand in hand, Only then does complete wellness blossom in life.
