Victory to Lord Varaha, the remover of all troubles and distress. I surrender to Your form, which is the essence of Lord Vishnu.

Transliteration
Jab Dhara doobi paatal mein, asuron ke jaal mein.<br>Tab Vishnu ne Varaha roop, liya ati vishaal mein.<br>Hiranyaksha ka ant kiya, adharm ka naash kiya.
Meaning / Translation
When the Earth sank into the underworld, trapped in the web of demons, Lord Vishnu assumed the magnificent and colossal form of a Boar. He brought an end to the demon Hiranyaksha and destroyed unrighteousness.

Daanton par rakh Dharni ko, saagar se ubaara.<br>Bhumika ki raksha ki, jag ka rakhwaala.<br>Varaha roop dhari Prabhu ne, sankat ko taara.
Meaning / Translation
Placing the Earth upon His mighty tusks, He rescued her from the depths of the cosmic ocean. He protected the Earth, acting as the ultimate guardian of the universe. By assuming the Varaha form, the Lord averted all catastrophe.
