नमो नमस्तेऽस्तु महायोगिन् विश्वरूपाय वैद्यराजाय धन्वन्तरये।
Transliteration
Namo namaste'stu mahayogin vishwarupaya vaidyarajaya dhanvantaraye.

सर्वरोगहरं देवं अमृतकलशध धारणम्। आयुर्वेदस्य मूलं च त्वां नमामि धन्वन्तरि॥
Transliteration
Sarvarogaharam devam amritakalashadhāranam. Ayurvedasya mulam cha tvam namami dhanvantari.
Meaning / Translation
I bow to you, Dhanvantari, the deity who destroys all diseases, the one who holds the pot of nectar (Amrita), and the very foundation of Ayurveda.

आरोग्यं देहि मे देव सर्वदा सर्वदा। शान्तिं देहि च मे देव दुःखान्न शं भज॥
Transliteration
Arogyam dehi me deva sarvada sarvada. Shantiṃ dehi cha me deva duhkhan-na sham bhaja.
Meaning / Translation
O Lord, grant me perfect health always and always. Grant me peace, O Lord, and protect me from all forms of suffering and affliction.
