अंतर्मन की शांति हेतु, मैं ध्यान लगाता हूँ।<br>बाहरी शोर को त्यागकर, स्वयं में खो जाता हूँ।

Antarman ki shanti hetu, main dhyan lagata hoon.<br>Bahari shor ko tyagkar, swayam mein kho jata hoon.

Mere bhitar jo jyoti hai, vah shashwat aur mahaan hai.<br>Vahi satya hai, vahi Shiva hai, vahi mera gyan hai.
